3 Degrees Credit Opportunities invests principally in mispriced, performing, short-duration debt instruments. Given our strong relationships with regional commercial banks, we focus on senior secured bank debt, which generates more units of return per unit of risk than any other debt instrument.

We follow a rigorous, re-iterative investment process that prioritizes cash flow generation. We target quality companies that either have, or can generate, enough cash flow to repay maturing debt without dependence on capital markets.

Our process is designed to eliminate the losers. We strongly believe that by doing so, the winners will take care of themselves.
